Break out the snow shoes. Who said anything about Spring? It is beautiful, though.
We woke up to another six inches. It’s spring snow, sticky and heavy.

And still falling…
It changes how you look at the day. (And makes adjustments to your schedule.) No gardening today!
Our work is cut out for us. Oops—forgot to cover the tractor after clearing yesterday. I guess that’s where we start.
I’m still staring at two feet of snow outside my house……..enough already. Definitely putting me behind schedule.

Ours had finally cleared–just before Easter. It put me in the mind of garden plans. Sigh. It is lovely, though.

I remember on Year in Copper Harbor it was 80 degrees on April 22nd and 6″ of snow and 28 on April 23rd. We had to move the birthday party into the little house. Welcome to Michigan!

And the year I moved to Kitchner (1977?)…first week of April, after a heat wave for Easter…6 inches. I hadn’t brought any winter clothes with me.

I got a similar picture from my bee-raising sister in Marion Indiana. Here in California, pretty decent weather.

Yes, but north of you, the Pineapple Express is having its way with California. There’s goofy weather out there, you just have to wait, and it will come to you. Did you feel yesterday’s Channel quake?

That’s what they say. I don’t mind winter. I don’t even mind a long winter. It’s Winter 2.0 (the sequel) that I find harrowing.

Yup. I have pictures just like your first two. Luckily our tractor was in the garage. (Which meant the car was not.)😃
