Notice Anything New?
Can you see it? It’s transformational! It changes everything.
This isn’t smoke and mirrors. (Well, maybe smoke.)
I’ll give you a hint. It’s about heat.

We can hardly believe it. Though there’s still plenty to do inside, we can now do that work in comfort. The transition made the house a home.

I get cold very quickly, inside that is, I’m O.K. if I’m walking or working outside. There is a French word “frileuse” which means you feel the cold – I think it is great to have just the one word. Very handy.

Perhaps a little young for frileuse? Maybe some iodine and a little zinc?

I would like to be pampered with a bubble bath in an antique zinc bathtub when its chilly but being practical I reach for my thermal vest. 🙂

Nothing like a crackling fire in wood stove on a cold, wintry day. I remember, as a child, dashing from my bedroom to the living room where the wood stove turned the shivery morning into something that was cozy. –Curt

Thank you. We’re making progress. And, yes, I’m missing the Facebook connectedness, even as I revel in the quiet.
